Welcome to Light GamePark (the “Platform”), operated by Complex Light Management Inc (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Complex Light Management Inc.
Users under the age of 18 may access or use the Platform only with parental or legal guardian supervision and consent. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

3. Points System and Top-Up
The platform operates using a points-based system, which allows users to play games by spending points stored in their account. Users must have sufficient points to access and play games. If your points balance is insufficient, you will not be able to access certain games or features until your account is topped up.
Points can be obtained by purchasing them via our payment system or through promotions offered by the platform. Points are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as stated in the Refund Policy), and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of value outside the platform.
All point purchases are processed via third-party payment providers, and you agree to comply with their terms, conditions, and applicable laws. We reserve the right to modify point packages, pricing, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
By using points to play games, you agree that you are responsible for monitoring your points balance and for ensuring you have sufficient points for your desired activities. The platform is not responsible for any points lost due to technical errors or user oversight outside of system malfunctions.
4. Game Content License
The platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play games on the platform for personal, non-commercial use. This license is conditional upon your compliance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works based on any game content without explicit written permission from the platform. This includes game assets, software, graphics, sounds, music, and any associated intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the platform or its licensors.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the games, content, or platform. The platform reserves the right to revoke or suspend this license at any time if you violate these Terms.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform responsibly and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users. You further agree not to:
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any other software or methods that give you an unfair advantage or disrupt gameplay;
- Post, upload, or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, infringing on others' rights, or otherwise inappropriate;
- Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or actions intended to harm other users or the platform;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data;
- Exploit or manipulate the points system or other platform features in an unauthorized manner.
The platform reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including restricting access, suspending accounts, or pursuing legal remedies.
6. Platform Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the platform at any time without prior notice;
- Adjust points rules, pricing, or promotional offerings;
- Remove accounts, content, or users that violate these Terms;
- Update these Terms periodically, with the updated Terms posted on the platform and effective immediately upon posting.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms regularly to ensure continued compliance. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Privacy and Security
We collect, store, and use your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information, and you agree to notify the platform immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach of security.
